I used this BRD & PDF to compare to my 820-00292-A(2015 Imac 5K). Anyone has any suggestions to where to find BRD & PDF for 820-00292?

The 820-00292-A I have has a problem powering up. There are 4 LED's on the board, and the first LED(trickle power, 3V) should always be on when power is on the board. I have 12V power on the board and measured LED-1 which receives only 0.16V. I traced it back to

So it seems that Rail PP3V3_S5 receives only 0.16V.
The question is what's causing this?
There is no physical damage to the board at all.

My guess is that even though 820-3478-A is a 2013 Imac 27", the physical board is similar. The board view of the 820-3478-A for this particular circuit would hopefully be same or similar to 820-00292(a 2015 Imac).

Any help appreciated.
