Hello, the device turned on but it gives an error saying "bios data identity recovered". After clicking OK, the device resets and the password is still there. I pressed F10 during the first boot but as I said, as soon as it turns on, it gives an error saying "bios data identity recovered". How can I fix it? Thanks.

That's not a bug, it's just HP's mechanism to prevent users from unlocking the device.
