Hi guys. I need Bios repair for the following desktop motherboard
Model: Dell Optiplex 3000 Tower
Board Number: D12 ENTRY OPTI3/INS/VOS/CM(NU) CRDRH$FA 222004-1
Service Tag: 35446Q3
Symptoms: Board doesn't POST. Does not turn on when pressing power button. When long-pressing power button, power button flashes amber once, white light stays on for a few seconds, then goes off. All voltage from power supply present; 12V, 5V, 3.3V. I want to discard a BIOS issue.
NOTE: The motherboard has 2 BIOS chips. There is a 256 Mbit chip and a 128 Mbit chip. I have attached both BIOS bin file dumps from the chips. Thank you very much in advance to whomever can help me out!

Thank you hoaca388. I haven't had time today, but I will try flashing the bin files when I get the chance and let you know how it goes. Really appreciate your help.
Btw, just curious, what is the difference between the 2 sets of bin files? I compared the the files with Hex editor and saw that the 16MB bin files are identical but the 32MB bin files are different.
