dell optiplex 3000 tower help old dump attached

    dell optiplex 3000 tower help old dump attached

    anyone have have dell OptiPlex 3000 Tower bios
    PC not turnd on all voltages ok. if i press power button a orange light just blink inside power button

      another chip was W25Q256FVFIG (SO16) This is 16pin chip
