acer MIB36L vmocha boardview or schematics

HI can I check anyone can supply this board view or schematics.

the problem i have : when plug into power supply it will on but no image. after i push start button then it will have image.

As this motherboard is not a conventional one, it uses acer own propierty psu and schematics i have problem trying to trouble shoot it.

1) the psu i tried has ps-on 4.5v. no purple cable of 5vsb or 12vsb.

it does not have vsb cable. i check the internal circuit of power supply. it does not have vsb transformer. i i think the psu is fine.
but the 12v appear even without pressing start button. when i press start button then the cooling fan can work.

2 ) next i suspect is the motherboard issue which i have not prior experience with the circuits of 12 VO motherboard.

I can find the circuit, but i am unable to get through the Russian website to pay for it. i think it only accept that area payment.
a board view will be good.

Previously i had also encountered Lenovo 12VO motherboard. Their 12VO is also not standard and its power supply had 12v when switch on power supply already.
I had a dell 12VO psu before. it works exactly like the said 12 VO psu with 12VSB.

can anyone assist in any way ?

the psu main cable with only green and white and black. white is 12v. green should be a pson. when i press start button pson did go to 0v.but pson is 4.5v normally..
