    HP Elitedesk 800 G4 mini: error

    Hi everybody !
    I met the issue "HP Endpoint Security Controller Problem" after updated the latest firmware. I tried to rollback the old firmware but it did not work.

    Model : HP Elitedesk 800 G4 mini (35w)
    16mb bios attached

    Please help !

        After flashed 16mb and 32mb bios files, the system boot but I met another errors .Also the SKU and the serial number disappeared.

        => errors attached.

          Finally, I go to the bios and put all the informations (can find out on the label at the bottom cover) as the request and now it work perfectly.

            hi,did you flash 16mb to 8pin chip ?oteher one to 16pin ?

              Correct, 16mb to 8 pins bios chip and 32mb to 16 pins bios chips
