I got my self a new Dell Workstation (Dell Precision 3660, i5-13500).
Unfortunately, Dell has fixed the front fan´s settings in the BIOS.
Both the speed and the presence of the fan are fixed.
There seems to be no hidden setting.
The thermal tables for the speeds were changed in one of the last BIOS updates.
Do you see a possibility to change these tables from the BIOS update file?

Updated the thermal table to reduce fan noise.
Updated Intel Management Engine firmware to version v.16.1.25.2128 to align with the version in Intel Best Known Configuration.
