Unpack the RAR with WinRAR or 7-Zip .The boardview itself will open with Openboardview if you have added the FZ key.It can`t be added due to licensing or something.I`m sure someone posted the key on the forum somewhere .It will open with BoardViewer as well without the key.

Ok, problem solved
Did not unpack correctly possibly due to an old WinRAR version installed on my old laptop. Ok on my engineering station. Thanks.
