MSI MPG z490 Gaming Plus MS-7C79 r1.0 Schematic

Having trouble getting this sucker to boot. I've got it narrowed down to the PS_ON# signal not being driven low on the motherboard, even when the front I/O power pins are shorted directly. The 5VSB is being provided by the PSU properly, and the BIOS battery is solid, so I'm thinking it's a faulty FET somewhere.

Anyone happen to have access to a schematic for this? I believe the board number is MS-7C79 r1.0. Major thank you ahead of time!

Dont know if you ever managed to get yours up and running. I have a similar board, I can get it to boot by shorting pins 3 and 4 on the PSU and then shorting the clear CMOS pins but havent found where the fault is yet. Im looking for a boardview for this and it took me to your post.
