OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-0000i Disable CPU Fan Fail Msg

Got an HP Omen OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-0000i that was overheating and saddled with a terrible closed front case and roaring loud 120mm AIO cooler. Swapped everything over to a Fractal Pop Air case with a Thermalright Peerless Assassin CPU cooler. System runs about 20C cooler now under load. However, after a few days of testing the system has started throwing 90B CPU fan failure message. The CPU fans are working fine, as are all the other fans and the temps are fine, so I'm guessing it has something to do with the motherboard missing some data from the proprietary fan controller they had in the old case or having a certain fixed RPM setting it is expecting for the CPU fan or pump.

If the BIOS weren't hobbled by HP, this would be a simple fix of toggling of the CPU fan failure warning, but of course HP doesn't allow you to do that. I've extracted the BIOS bin file from the latest BIOS update.

I'm wondering if it can be modded to disable the 90B message?
