may I ask why my hp elitebook 840 G7 had this Swat locked up thing? it just happened and I did not know why? whenever I restart my laptop, I only got this screen saying so and so about reporting this incident to a telephone number, etc. Thanks for the answer guys.Comment

you must have a bios programmer, and read your bios chip to get the bios firmware, then you upload it to the site and i or someone else can help you to remove the lock.Comment

You have to buy a device called programmer to read the bios chip, the cheapest one is CH341A, pay attention to the voltage of the chip and the programmer.

it doesn't work. at first boot i goto bios and the absolute is still active. i reset security settings to default and it still doesn't remove the absolute lock.
these are my board details i forgot to include in the files yesterday.
