    Acer Aspire AiO no power

    I'm working on an ACER Aspire Z24-891 AiO, Petra238i 17567-1 board. It's not powering on. The charger short circuit protection kicks in. I get 11.4 ohms on DCBATOUT. When I remove the processor (socketed), DCBATOUT resistance measures OL on the 200 ohm scale. The following are resistances of the large coils measured in the 200 ohm scale:
    PL4701/2/3 = 1.3 ohms
    PL5201 = 12.9 ohms
    PL5301 = 37 ohms
    PL5101 = 61 ohms
    PL4801 = 4.7 ohms
    PL4501 = OL
    PL4502 = OL
    Resistance from DCBATOUT to PL5201 is 25.4 ohms.
    Any help to move forward would be much appreciated.

      I measured some of the mosfets around the CPU and I'm getting 10.3 ohms from drain to source on the high side mosfets
