MSI Rtx 3070 no picture

Hi everyone.

I managed to put my hands on MSI Rtx 3070 with no picture.

Few checks and I've got all voltages on every single inductor, checked ohms and everything seems fine no shorts.

PEX i got 1.8 on pins 4&5 and 3.3v on pins 1&2 (pex is present)

Core gets hot which is a sign of card working but RGB isn't present and there's no picture.

Any ideas or suggestions what else can it be????

Edit:

It's a dead core, checking data lines I got short on second data line from 1st pair
