GTX 1080 ti quartz

Hello,

On my graphic card the voltage on quartz is 0.9v on pin 1 and 0 on pin3.

I assume this quartz is dead and I have difficulties to find another same one.

What will happend if I replace it by another 27Mhz 3.3v ?
My it works ?
Can it be destructive ?

I have the same issue on a 1080 with the quartz. Also, 0.9V on pin 1 and 0V on pin 3, no clue where/which to buy quartz for replacement.

Did you find a proper quartz for replacement?
