    gigabyte gb-bxi5g-760 barebone pc,Unknown capacitor

Hello again everyone, I would need to know the capacity of this capacitor or if possible the schematic of the board.
It is a motherboard from a gigabyte gb-bxi5g-760 barebone pc.

    Thanks

That looks like it is possibly connected in parallel with the nearby 470uF 25V electrolytic on some voltage input rial (12V?). If that is the case it's probably 1uF-10uF and isn't critical

What makes you think the capacitor is faulty?

Hello, the capacitor has a crack and when I unsolder it and measure it with a capacimeter I do not obtain any measurement, as you indicate it is connected to ground and to the positive of 19v (this board is fed with a 19v charger), and tested with a capacitor of 10uf but it seems still not starting.

This board was working correctly until I connected the graphics card to its MXM port and from that moment it stopped booting, the power switch turns on, the CPU heats up and the CPU mosfet also heats up progressively but without any kind of startup. I have measured the voltage of the USB ports and it is correct.

      Thank you
      Sorry for my bad english

Just remove that capacitor for now or replace with whatever you like (as long as it is rated more than 19V), it is not important. Your board will boot without it, there is some other problem.

Capacitor detached from PCB – RTX 2070 Super Founders Edition

            Description:
During maintenance on an RTX 2070 SUPER Founders Edition, I found a capacitor lying on my desk after reassembly.
I did not notice it detaching, so I am unsure of its original location on the PCB.

            Procedure performed:
            - Removed backplate
            - Cleaned heatsink and PCB with isopropyl alcohol + soft ESD brush
            - Reapplied thermal compound
            - Reassembled card

            Observed behavior after reassembly:
            - GPU powers on and operates normally under...

identify capacitor for MacBook Pro with rare logic board 820-02037-06
            by devsigner
            Hi

While messing around with my MacBook Pro, I stupidly pinged off a very small surface mounted component that I’m now trying to identify.
resistance tests show a rising resistance value, indicating a capacitor.

The laptop boots up and runs, however I'm choosing not to use it until I get it fixed.

i can’t see any markings on the capacitor at 10x magnification using a professional jewler's loop.

It seems like there's some damage to the capacitor - one side doesn't have "shiny bits" - can you tell I don't do this for a living!...

            RTX 3080 FE Identifying capacitor
            by Prolog
Hi people, I hope this is the correct spot to post this, I'm new to the forum.

I have an RTX 3080 Founders Edition which has a burnt up capacitor (it was in parallel with another capacitor which appears damaged too), so I am hoping to be able to identify the capacitor values and order replacements.

I hope these photos make it clear which component I am referring to:
(yes, the soldering is a bit botched from removing the blown one, I know)

I have found the board schematic (attached), but there does not seem to be a boardview available. I have never...
