Dell Optiplex 990 1-3-2 Beep (Memory Error)

Hello guys

I was currently working on Dell Optiplex 990 motherboards 5 of them, managed to repair others, now I'm facing this one, 1-3-2 Beep error which I believe it for a memory, I tried different memories but still…It hard to find the schematic for this board…But I do have 1.5v for ram pwm, please guys assist …I've ran out of ideas now, i programmed the bios chip with working bios but still..

I presume you looked at this page:

Interestingly there is no definition for 1-3-2 though perhaps covered in:
"1-3-1 through 2-4-4 'DIMMs not being properly identified or used' "

For ram you should check the different signals in the ram pins. 1.5 v is too little to judge.
have a 1155 socket boardview to check which pin voltage is not out
