shuttle xs35v2

Hi There got a shuttle in for repair with no display checked all voltages an there is no voltage for CPU so I checked the MOSFETs q19 q15 q16 and there is no voltage on the gates the controller ic for these is u15 I have taken voltages but not sure what is supposed to be there I will put them on here and hopefully someone can point me in the right direction

If anyone can explain what they mean as I couldn't get a pinout which tells me which voltages should be there I Have attached a schematic of the board

Pin 28 VDDA should be 5V, probably an issue with R58.
