here is photos of damaged area of bios soldering pads,two photos of bios pads and another 1 photo second BIOS? please help how to repair pads and tiny wires

You have to gently remove the white paint between those 8 pins of bios chip. Pin7 goes to the dot near resistor and pin 6 connection seems below that white coated area. You can solder thin wire to bridge them.

why dont u check with schematic. its an easy job
