Hi everyone. I have an ASUS P2B-B (Baby AT/mATX) motherboard which is the heart of my DOS/Win98 gaming machine. I like it so much that I bought a second one off eBay.
Both boards work fine (now) but I worry about the caps going bad at some point. Would it be a good idea to proactively replace the caps on one of them even though it shows no signs of problems? What's the consensus on elective surgery here?
