Need To Help repair this problem

My Motherboard is no display , no cpu heating , no vcore voltage and i allready change cpu and re program bios still same

1.05 pch supply ok
2.5 Ram Vpp voltage ok
0.9 vddq voltage ok 1.02 vddp voltage ok
1.2 Ram voltage ok
0.6 ram vtt ok
3.3v vrm enable ok
5v vrm voltage ok

what should check next ....i only have boadview i havent found schematic diagram any one help to repair this moterboard

When you put the CPU in socke, signals: S_SLP_S4# and S_SLP_S3# hight up to 3.3v before power button presed?
