Trying to identify an IC from Transcend SSD 512GB

Hi,
The following part is having a problem. (100%) Trying to identify the IC. The marking is BQE 421 or BQE 42I
The top ones at the larger image are ok and working properly. On TI 2557 i have 5V at input and enable signal is ok. I have no output 5V. When i inject 5V at the output the BQE 421 is getting hot. But i cannot find any info what this is.
