    rtx 3090 FTW3 no power

    have a rtx3090 with no power, can someone tell me if 1.4ohm on PS_NVVDD_DRVON is normal (pin31 on AOZ5311)?
    i checked all the voltage rails and fuses and they seem okay 12v. but i am missing PS_5V_PGOOD
    closest schematic i found is:
    MS_v389
    NVIDIA_GeForce_RTX_3090_600-1G132-0030-300_PG132-A02_Rev_C_

    this is readings from U31
    PS_5V_EN 2.5v
    PS_5V_SW_VCC 5V
    PS_5V_SW_BOOT 9.84v
    PS_5V_PGOOD 0v
    PS_5V_SW_PHASE 5v
    12V_EXT8_F1_RTD3 12v

      5V pgood is many times missing because of bad ic. but u must check resistance because it is used for bad drmos fault check. remove 0ohm resistor on its line and chceck if it comes on
