ello I have an old HP PAVILLON all in one 23-q01 PC that I would like to restore. The PC would not turn on because there was a short circuit on the input line caused by a capacitor. Once this was removed the PC turns on, the fan starts but does not display anything on the display which remains dark. On the 23q01 connector that powers the bachlight there are 18 volts. This PC has integrated graphics. The CPU is an i3 4170. I do not understand what the cause could be and unfortunately I do not have an electrical diagram.
