Flashback - ASUS TUF GAMING B450M-PLUS II

Hi there, My "old" gaming pc stopped working. I just tried to connect a stick to the USB-c port on the back and accidentally I pressed a button on the back of the motherboard. That was the flashback button and before that the pc worked seamlessly. After some google search I made a stick with the CAP file on it. I pressed the button and it started falshing and the LED on the pendrive did the same. After about 5 minutes both light went off then nothing changed. I repeated the process 4-5 times even with different stick, without bios battery, but no post at all(looks like it does not even start the post). I do not know what I miss in the process. On the youtube I found a video where the fella did the same and the board worked for him after flashing. Interestingly, I can not switch off the pc with the power button. The filename is TB450MG2.CAP . Is this the right one? what else can i do? pls help.

If you did'nt done this, disconnect the power cables from the board, remove CMOS battery, short the CMOS clear pins and then do the reverse actions, and see if the boards gets started. Crucial is the complete depowering of the board.

I did shorted the pins, but a I did not disconnet the psu. Nonetheless, it is working now. Thanks you so much.
