Evga Geforce GTX750TI beeping

Hi got this cute GPU,
PC is powering on, GPU is getting power ~40deg
Cmos speaker is beeping.
other cards working fine on this build
tested the card on 2 other builds- same beep
visual inspection didn’t reveal any issues or missing components.

any test points?

Does it display a picture?
Installed as a secondary GPU, is the card detected?

If the answer is no, then check if all of the voltages are present. A warm GPU core indicates it has VCORE, but it may not have VMEM. Some manufacturers have different power sequence. Sometimes it is VCORE after VMEM, or VMEM after VCORE or both at the same time.

If all voltages are present, check the PEX reset signal (PERST) at the PCIE lanes.

If it's detected but doesn't display a picture, run MATS to check for VRAM issue.

When repairing a GPU card, I use a riser powered by an external power supply with adjustable current limit, and after I verified that the GPU card has no shorted power rails and all of the voltages are present, then I will test it with my computer.

***testing voltages- hmmm i would need some reference example of what to test, i may need the riser card otherwise its going to be challenging to test.***

it means you install the 750Ti EVGA to PCIE x16 and change export display to DVI or VGA Port on your mainboard. When windows was booted detail Device manager find the Display adapter. If card was regist with windows it mean all port on graphics card have problem or maybe gpu have problem with signal rail to port. If not see anything in display adapter congratulations you have problem with bios or lost some power block on you card
