ASUS Radeon DUAL-RX580-O8G, randomly not working

I am having issues to diagnose whats wrongs with ASUS Radeon DUAL-RX580-O8G, sometimes its not recognized/ no output, sometimes works fine for hours under 100% load (benchmarks/games). All voltages OK, BIOS chip replaced to be sure, what should I check next? I am guessing some solder balls cracked (maybe sometimes not connected), so should I do a reball?

One thing that is suspicious, I run dmggy.py to check memories, the script output is all memory banks are fine, but during the test the screen sometimes go black and some artifacts blinked very shortly (not always the same collumns, so hard to say which lines may have the problem).

    Thanks for any help

I maybe have solved it, I noticed that circuit for DP bypass have tear away IC with two MOSFETS, according to schematic it detects dongle in DP and then bypasses HDMI 1 or 2. When i replaced it, GPU gives output, after few days of testing (multiple resets and stress tests). But I am not sure if it is just luck or it was realy it.
