    ibm win ce thin clients with bad teapo 1500@6.3v

    got a bunch of these in with video artifacts and reboot loops.
    these caps are not bulging but the scope condemms them right away.
    these are black/copper print.
    the worst ones hiss loudly through the speaker.

      I've pulled a BUNCH of bad Teapo's that looked OK physically, but were trash! I can only recall a small few Teapo's that actually vented....but replaced many bad ones that havent...

          some more of these units came in today with bad yec
          blue /white with yec in a diamond.bulging/leaking.
