Jetway A210GDMS-PRO
Jetway A210GDMS-PRO is an Athlon64/Socket 939 PATA-IDE/SATA MoBo. It died because of six oozing caps with a "K" vent, all marked FZ51 1500micF 6.3V

Those are Sacon FZ series ... they're well known here, they die a lot. Replace all of them with something suitable.
Replace with 1500 uF 6.3v 0.022 ohm or lower impedance , 1800 mA ripple or better, 10mm wide (or wider if you have the room).

ps. be careful, some of those caps near the atx connector are 16v , probably 470uF - they have the same ripple and impedance value as the 1500uF 6.3v.I'd replace the four around the connector as well.Last edited by mariushm; 09-10-2011, 01:10 PM.

Hey folks,
I picked up a Jetway fanless box for cheap recently, but it won't stay running more than 10-15 minutes. As far as I can tell it's an older rev. of this box - I don't have the external antenna jacks:

First thought was overheating but CPU temp wasn't really getting above 40C. There was a >0.5mm gap between the CPU die and heatsink, so now after shimming it the CPU stays around 25C on all cores and still has the reboot issue....
