Asus 865 question

Hi,

I have 2 asus computer. One of them is the Asus 865 (P5P800-MX). This one losts its power for CPU. I have just replaced the ADP3181 IC but it did not help.
...
The other is M2N-MXSE with AMD chipset. It also losts VRM power. I replaced i/o only, as it was too hot.

Any suggestion?

Not enough information.
What do you have for caps?
