    Msi Ms-6315

Hello there. I have managed to get a motherboard and Socket 370 CPU and have found out that this board MS-6315 has leaking capacitors.
I have been looking around for suitable replacement capacitors for this motherboard but there are two which I cannot figure out. I more or less want to know the specs of these two particular capacitors are.

I am in New Zealand so I can presume finding a suitable replacement is gonna be difficult.

The motherboard still works and I have found what I hope are suitable replacement types for the other larger capacitors here in NZ

need to see the other side, the volts and uf should be clearly written on those lelon caps.

dont worry about specs, just replace them with the best low esr caps you can find. use similar values or use the next biggest voltage/uf no worry

here are some mail order companies

    New Zealand - Farnell - http://nz.farnell.com
    New Zealand - RS Components - http://www.rsnewzealand.com/

check here for the various series of caps which are ok for mobos

Oh, thanks! I also plan on getting mine from another electronics store that has ESR capacitors. www.jaycar.co.nz as I think Farnells and RSC are a little overpriced for just 20 capacitors and an old motherboard

          AHA! 10Volts 1500uF

dood: I plan on replacing all of the g-luxon's on this motherboard since theyre all more or less bulging.

          See

Im thinking of replacing all the caps in image 1 with These caps and those in image 2 with These

What about the 10v 1500uF ones? Theyre 10mm diametre and about 20mm long?

Looking at the FAQ given by Willawake, I have decided to purchase capacitors rated 1000uF@10v as well as 2200uF@10v

            Thanks

Be careful buying Low ESR caps from Jaycar. Look at brand and series. Locally they sell Samxon GF series that do not have a good low ESR and you need to check the diameter. The stock ones are often quite large in diameter.

If you would like to advise the types being offered and all the values you wish to replace. I can advise back.
