Hmm... this board isn't actually suffering from bad caps, but it doesn't have a single good cap on it! 
All the caps on the board... every one... are either Choyo or G-Luxon. But they all seem to be short caps, so maybe the values are low enough that they're not effected? This is a fairly old athlon/duron board...
