HI Everyone, I have a Zotac GTX 1070 graphics card that is broken. It does not display the image, on the computer it shows error 43 (at integratet graphic) and mats mods showed errors like "mats version 400.184. Testing GP104 with 20 MB of memory starting with 0 MB.

I tried to flash the bios because my card behaves exactly the same as in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9M2K...ist=LL&index=4), gpu-z is not showing information about clocks and bios version, fans are spining and I have error 43.
Attached is a photo of my measurements, I tried to flash the bios on the new spi using nvflash, with no result. I wonder if the resistance at 1.8V is too low?
