asus z590-p hot but does not start

i have an asus z590-p which had blown 4V capacitors near CPU so i replaced them but the board does not start even after that.
the chipset is getting hot when i plug the ATX power and i can hear some resonance sound from the board but cannot start it with the normal power button

any idea where to look at next?

check for dead mosfets or their drivers on the channel u found the blown capacitors
