Hello,

imac 27 late 2015
lcd display t-con board model 6870S-2047A

Want to repair t-con board

display has no screen, but backlight is on, it communicates with mainboard, all diag leds on.


all ribon connections are without damage



mainboard functions without problem. connected an other display and there is a picture...

so i investigate t-con board and all capacitators for shorts and blown fuses

can´t find any fuses...???

so there are many capacitators that seems shorted... i don´t know if this is normal..

black marked caps are shorted.

if you have doubts, remove them from the motherboard and measure them...the fuse is in the last picture below the LVDS plug...(F1)...
