Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1, Now PWM control nor leds nor Voltage readings in windows

Hi, This is my first post asking for help. Most of the time I get the answer reading some other questions, but...I have some curious situation. I have a GTX 1070 from Gigabyte, If needed I have the schematics, but, I think I got it from here, but if someone needs it, please ask and will share.

The problem is that although it works fine, and gets high pfs when performing, temps goes Up to 94ºC~96ºC and fans does not spin.

list of what I have checked:

    * Even if fans are at 100%, (fan pwm cable disconnected) temps are 94ºC~96ºC.

    * Afterburner, HWinfo and GPU-Z reports 0mV at Vcore and also have no choice to change anything in Mhz GPU or MEM.

    *PWM pin is always 2.72V

    *RPM pin is Always 3.27V

*Changed PWM transistor with no difference.

    * LEDs HEADER are OFF, so no GIGABYTE LED is lighted nor FAN STOP LED.

    * All voltages are present as the card throws image and work well.

I think some sense resistor is bad, but my multimeter has only 2 digits in Ohm 00.00.

HAs anyone seen something similar in another card? just to know where to search, as INA3221 seems to be fine.

Also tested the back of the card with an infrared thermometer and it reads 85ºC when GPU-Z says 95ºC, so T reads*are*fine....

Re: Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1, Now PWM control nor leds nor Voltage readings in windows

Ok, so I have changed HOLTEK mcu and now voltage reads are ok, led GIGABYTE is working but fan stop is not. and again I have PWM fan control, BUT Watts are not, thus TDP is not, and it still gets 93ºC.

I have checked a couple of resistor too high and changed them but same results. I have attached a capture of GPU-Z.

As TDP is not reached, (still thinking of a sense resistor, but which one?) I suppose GPU is eating more power, until it hits thermal wall, put it does not get TDP limit, so it gets HOT almost instantly....

The thing is this card was working fine a couple of weeks ago, and it was in a drawer, so I have checked for any phisical damage to any rear component, but the only thing I have changed that helped in some areas was to replace HOLTEK chip, but it is under the heatsink....really weird issue....
