MSI RX 5700 XT dead?

Hi,
I am new to this forum. I read through some RX 5700 XT threads I found here, but have not found a solution to repair or determine that the GPU is dead.

What I found:
I plugged the GPU in my PC, very happy to have found a good upgrade to my old GTX 1070, but the PC would not start with the GPU in it. The Fans are turning, the RGB is changing its color, but not able to boot, with the card in the PCI slot. So I started a search, maybe the predecessor was just mining and there was a wrong VBIOS on the chip. I shorted PIN 1 and 5 booted the PC and was able to flash the VBIOS. Restarted the PC, but still stuck, not able to boot.

I took some resistance measurements:
VDDCR_SOC 2,4 Ohm
VDD_MEM 22,8 Ohm
VDDCR_GFX 0,3 Ohm
VDDCI_MEM 11,9 Ohm
0,75V 10,2 Ohm
1,8V 1,5 kOhm
12V 5,3 kOhm
3,3V 1,5 kOhm

Fuses are intact.

Checked all PCI Lanes on the backside 5,1-5,3 kOhm.

No obvious shorted parts.

Got an invitation on GraFixCard Repair Discord Server, but the guys there just said the GPU core is fried and did not explain how to check that this is really the problem.

I found the Board view in this forum, thank you for that.

Any help would be much appreciated. Is there a value to determine that the core is fried?

Thank you for your answer. Will try to measure voltages, but therefore I have to plug in the card and turn my pc upside down to find the correct position. I will try it later.

I measured voltages, but I don't know which voltages I should have. Core is getting very hot. I am cooling it with an old CPU cooler, but voltage on the card shuts down after a few seconds.

Ok interesting.
How could I check the memory for errors? I can't get passed Post without bypassing the VBIOS during start up.

I watched those videos earlier, but there is a difference to my card. My card does not put out any pictures at all. I can't get passed post and I have no video output.

The GPUs in the videos all put out pictures, even in the worst case the card gives a black picture, mine is doing nothing at all.
