This is a family members monitor that does have back lights and will flash on for a second with the logo. Then go black for a few seconds then flash on again for a second with the data from computer. I have not removed and tested the caps since every thing looks so good. Was wondering if you felt it may be something else? Any advice would be helpful before I start removing caps.
