hi friends anyone have solution for hp 8200 elite convertible minitower pc

i face the problem when i turn on display comes on the lcd after 1 or 2 sec
it goes off and then on again. pls help

i mean to say that when i turn on the pc display comes on the lcd
it stay a little time then off and on again
