viewsonic vg1930wm LCD display problem(image attached)

When the monitor is in use graphic display from the upper part of the monitor slows down rendering images(3/4 portion of the display) while the lower part of the display is working well(3/4 portion of the display).

Please help me diagnose the problem of this LCD. I opened the monitor but there are no bad caps and the fluorescent light are still working.

BTW The lighting from the center of the image are produced by the camera's flash.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Broken bond between the ribbon cable and the panel board, or between the ribbon cable and the front glass. Probably unrepairable, you can try exerting pressure on the cable at the points it attaches to the circuit board and the glass.
