i could not find a supplier for a conductive ink of here in the philippines..
does someone know a substitute for it?

When the monitor is in use graphic display from the upper part of the monitor slows down rendering images(3/4 portion of the display) while the lower part of the display is working well(3/4 portion of the display).
Please help me diagnose the problem of this LCD. I opened the monitor but there are no bad caps and the fluorescent light are still working.
BTW The lighting from the center of the image are produced by the camera's flash.
