BenQ DV3250 Backlight flash then blackout

My LCD Tv BenQ DV3250 backlight off after flash / sometimes on for few seconds. On signal is good, voltages measured as attachment. Wait for yours advises and tips. By the way, could you show me which part section is the feedback section? One more check, I can see a little image at the display when I give a strong light through it.

This looks like just the power supply...

Where is the inverter board - the one the backlight tubes are hooked to?
