I have a adi microscan m15ewa monitor that doesnt have a back lite . It only has one cap on the envertor its a 10uf 35v its esr is about .025 . There is 24 volts on one of the connector pins no other voltages are present . The pw controler chip is a bl1301a I am unable to find a data sheet for this chip . I have pluged in a known good cfl tube and it does not light up . The data is visable with a flash light . Any help would be appreciated .
