dbx driveprack pa plus (blank display)

so I my driveack about 6 years old, only repair once due damage xlr output. Since about a years now giving some display problem normal I would remove the pcb board and apply some heat with heat gun and after a day it would come back to life. so currently no display neither any lights on the led, I figure it a problem with one of the chip on the board. input would be great also plan to bring it to technician .

looks like in pic #2 brown crap next to the row of the caps... Did the caps leak or is that brown goo old flux?
