Monoprice Hybrid Amp 13194 may need caps

User reports humming which starts immediately after powering up. That leads me to focus on the solid state parts. The capacitors are by Chong and don't look popped. Not sure where else I should focus to pinpoint root cause.

Can never know if any of those Chong caps are bad or not (well, they always are! ) just by looking at them.

Either take out of circuit and check ESR and capacitance or replace them altogether.

That's not to imply that the humming is definitely capacitor-related.
Could be a bad solder joint somewhere (not uncommon at all for cheap China-made stuff.) Or it could be just a crappy design (i.e. ground loops, poorly designed Vcc/Vee filtering - especially to the pre-amps... and etc.)
