    Kicker PS80 subwoofer enclosure

    Morning all.
    I have a Kicker PS80 subwoofer enclosure that does not turn on, the led
    does not turn on.
    I've tried googling the schematic/service manual but I have not found a single one.
    So I was wondering if any one here would be willing to identify the problem with me?
    I have some pictures of the PCB's, just hope they are good enough.

      Silly question perhaps, but is the fuse ok?

      Then, is the PWM chip (the SG3525?) properly powered?

      Is any voltage present on the secondary? What about on the +/-12 terminals on the smaller board (obviously with the cables hooked up)?

          Yub the fuse was ok, I measured 0.90v on the SG3525A replaced it and now it works!

                  New project for a Lipo4 based battery pack for a battery backup that I found an enclosure from Battery Hookup

                  Right now Battery Hookup has these e-bike battery packs that are used but I am going to remove them and test them and see how good they are and maybe resell or reused them for another project this is for another day

                  When I get the rack mounted enclosure that I mentioned in another post I will see how well they fit in the enclosure and how much room I will have left

                  I've got a subwoofer that I've had for nearly 20 years, it did come with a basic remote which I've lost. It's a generic make of subwoofer, I can't see a brand sticker on it. It comes with 2 speakers.

                  Question recently I've connected it up to my tv which has greatly improved the sound on my tv, however I'd like to be able to mute the subwoofer when ads come on or just mute it when the phone rings etc. I tried using a cheap all in one tv remote on the subwoofer and the volume button would only work to increase volume but not turn it down or mute it

                  Is there a way of...
