Pioneer RM-07 Active monitors cutting out from time to time

I have a pair of Pioneer RM-07 monitors that I bought a while ago. When I was testing them I noticed that one speaker would cut out and I thought it was just a bad cable connection. At the price they were being sold for I was willing to take a risk on them. However, 6 months later and the one monitor still has the same issue. Most of the time it works, but there are times that the power LED is on but I get absolutely no sound. I can hear the relay clicking on/off sometimes and then it will/won't work depending on what it feels like. I've tried XLR and RCA inputs with the same issue. There's no humming or buzzing, but it's making me think that a power capacitor is on its way out or there's a short somewhere? Like I said, the power LED stays on, there's no humming or buzzing, just no audio at all until the relay decides to spring into action. Due to how the speaker is designed it's tricky to open it without destroying the gasket, and I'd rather not do that because I'm not sure if I can source a new one or if that's even the problem. It's a Class A/B amp with a toroidal transformer if that affects anything. I have some pics of its smaller sibling the RM-05 which has a less powerful amp. I can easily access the EQ board on the rear and remove it, but I don't think that will gain me access to the caps in the power supply as you can see by the opened up pics.

Relay clicking and no sound means the amplifier is going into protection mode. It does this because there is DC voltage at the output for the speaker.

Probably the amp has cold solder joints somewhere
