Delco bluetooth mod help.

I'm trying to add a bluetooth module to my 99 Delco truck radio. The videos I have found are not quite right for this model. The module is not the problem. It seems to power on and I can connect ok with my phone. I watched this video for the wiring since it looks like what I have. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lu-qBgEY_24
It seems like I need to activate the CD in order for it to use the sound from the BT since that is where it's tapped into. Any ideas or has someone done this before on this model?

If you are tapping the BT signal in the CD signal you gonna need a "silent CD" which must play when you are listening to the BT.
