    LG Oven model LREL6325F

Hello everyone my oven is less than 2 years old and all of a sudden recently when i run the oven for 15 minutes or so and i am done with it and shut it off. after about 10 minutes it starts chiming and randomly putting it in different modes like the touch screen is being touched but no one is around it. I have tried to reset it by unplugging it multiple times and no luck. I took it apart to see the main board and everything looks fine. I am wondering if i should replace the main board or if its in the control panel. the touch screen is very responsive and works like it should. its only acting up when the oven was on and the unit is still warm once it cools down it stops. At this point i am just worried the unit might possibly turn itself on which it has not done yet. it times out after a little while and goes back into the clock display. any help on this would be awesome.

Try convection bake at 400F for an hour an a half with nothing inside the oven and see if the problem disappears. BTW did your oven come with a thermal probe to stick in a roast and plugs into the oven somewhere?

thanks I will try that now. No it did not come with thermal probe nothing is plugged into the oven anywhere for that. It just seems anytime I run the oven and get it hot after I am
fine with it it starts acting up. Temperature is spot on and doesn’t stop or interrupt when running it’s the craziest thing.

I got an 8 year old Frigidaire that has that stupid probe to plug in. What happens on mine for a couple of years now is this: If I bake something something really moist, mine does weird beeping sounds as if someone touched the display every 20 seconds or so. Cleaned the panel etc to no avail. Gave it a dry run and all is ok again. Put in something really moist in the oven and sure enough it starts beeping again. I think my problem is the gunk in that jack where the thermal probe goes inside the oven.

Vaillant 242 Gas Water heater. Shortcut in board anc compatibility with model 282
          by edugimeno
          Hi!!
Yesterday I was installing a new Wifi thermostat for my domestic gas water heater model Vaillant 242/2-3, and accidentlly one wire from mains touched one wire from the thermostat output contacts. This shut off the heater so I finished installing the thermostat and then went out to check the heater

I found one fuse blown (T2 250V). Replaced it with another equivalent fuse and it blew right away. I measured L-N in mains input and I sometimes got 4K but sometimes, not sure why, I got 100 Ohm...
At a certain point, moving stuff around, I put all wires back in place and...
