Can somebody explane notation in schematics

I have been checking schematics for my motherboard and have difficulties to understand it. I figured that i need to replace the component designated with PQB03 on the board. In the schematics I find two entries with different components, although they have almost similar specs. I could not find an explanation for the prefixes "G1G3@" or "G2@"
    Can somebody help me?

Usually the @ means "optional", "no stuff", or "option", as in alternate part number, depends on board manufacturer (Quanta, Compal, LCFC, inventec, Wistron, ...) and the context of the schematics

In your case it seems that PQB03 is AON7380, and the alternate part is AON7506, stick with the AON7380 as it has better specs (Id=24A vs 12A on the AON7506)
Check also the part number on the original MOSFET from your board, sometimes the schematics list one part, but the production board has a different part installed from factory

I suspect that G1, G2 and G3 refer to the Generation of the processor (or laptop?).

Please post a link to the schematics to check (from the Schematics request sub forum)
Maybe the same laptop but with discrete/integrated graphics variants?

Ok thank you very much for your answers, that helps! For the schematics see the attached document. I actually found it somewhere else on the internet because I could not download the one from this post here.

I have the Omen 15 with mainboard FPC54 LA-H482P Rev1.0. The document seems to be relevant for a few other models as well, so truclacicr might have a point.

Please attach the schematics to the other thread, to keep the forum organized, there were some issues with the forum recently and some files were lost

Now i think I know what that G3@ means, it's different BOM option (bill of materials), depends on the GPU variant for that board

Those MOSFETs go in parallel to PQB01 and PQB03, depending on variant

              The G stands for Generation.

The Elitebook 850 G1 for example, has the Intel 4th gen core processor series.

The G2, has the Intel 5th gen core processor series.

The G3 has the Intel 6th gen core processor series.

The G4 has the Intel 7th gen core processor series.

              ...and so on.

Ok, that doesnt really effect me if want to replace PQB03, does it? I can still use AON7380 to replace the MOSFET on the board?

Best to use the same type on both PQB03 and PQB7, since both are in parallel and the current would be equally split between the 2 MOSFETs
Otherwise more current will go through the MOSFET with lower Rds(on) (Kirchoff law of electronics, like 2 resistors in parallel)

                    Asus Nexus 7 2012 (ME370T REV 2.4) Schematics needed
                    by Popalwali
                    Hello Everyone,

I will be really grateful if someone shares schematics and if possible the boardview of the old Asus Nexus 7 (2012) Tablet. The motherboard is ME370T Rev. 2.4. Now I can find schematics for the Rev. 1.0 but I could not find the schematics for the Rev 2.4. I tried to look for similarities in the Rev. 1 but there are somethings missing, plus the board i have has nearly no component names printed on it which as a newbie makes pretty hard for me to locate things. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you.

If anyone needs schematic diagrams for any pro audio gear like what professional musicians use, such as guitar amps, power amplifiers, vintage tube amps, musical gear like keyboards, effects pedals, guitar wiring diagrams and service manuals, check out https://schematics.ca . I'm a road musician and an electronics tech and I got schematics for just about every piece of gear in my band from this site and they are free to download. It's always good to be prepared in case you fry something while on on the road, which always happens it seems. https://schematics-free.com has a lot of free audio schematics...

                    Hello,

I am looking for the boardview file and the matching schematics (PDF) for the following MacBook Pro:
                    • Model: A1707
                    • 15-inch, Mid 2017
                    • 3.1 GHz Core i7
                    • 16 GB RAM
                    • Radeon Pro 560
                    • 1 TB SSD
                    • Board number: 820-00928-A
I already searched the forum, but so far I haven’t found a matching boardview for this board. In several posts I came across, it was also mentioned that the uploaded files were often incorrect.

                    Thanks in advance!

                    Greetings from Germany...

Request: Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 (Intel) Schematics/Boardview

                    Hi everyone,

I’m looking for the schematics or boardview for a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 (Intel) with the following board:
                    HT4B07HP4B0 / HT5B1 / HP5B1 / HT4B2 NM-D352 Rev: 2.0

I’m currently dealing with some startup issues and would like to test for shorts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

                    Thanks!
