Can you help indentify these surface mount compenents?

I have two components I need to identify on a inverter board. Both are labeled "Q" on the board. They are both in a SOT23 package versions, 2 legs on one side and 1 leg in the center on the other side. One is printed horizontally "P13" and next to that vertically it says "S0" or "0S".

The other says "W2X" and next to that it is either "60" or "09"
