hi to all. i'm looking for a replacement lcd for my fluke 25 multimeter. there are some missing segments and some are faded grey instead of pure black. cleaned both the contacts of the lcd and the pcb and still with same the problem. also replaced the elastomeric connectors with new ones,, no luck at all. after doing all those possible repairs that ended up with the same display issue,it led me to conclude that the lcd itself is dying. went to a fluke service center here and they told me the unit is obsolete same with the replacement parts. tried also to look in ebay, but sadly they will not ship to the philippines. bad luck,, hope you folks can help me avail a replacement display for my old multimeter. thanks in advance

Re: looking for fuke 25, 27 multimeter lcd
Ebay is your best bet, but as you found some sellers won't ship internationally. You either need a friend to buy and then re-ship or just wait until some seller ships internationally.--- begin sig file ---

My Fluke 189DMM rotary contacts are missing. Can anyone tell me where to find them or any other way to make it?... -
by Pauldg1I have a Fluke 289 multimeter which does not work.
Have anyone an idea what could be the cause?
When I turn on the device only the green led is continuously on, and strange stripes are present in lcd screen. I can only turn off the device by removing the batteries.
Any suggestions will be appreciated... -
by reformattJust had a customer bring in a M2 MBA A2681 that had had a screen replacement in April at another repairer. Since then, she has been getting intermittent kernel panics. It's an aftermarket screen, and of course it fails in diagnostics as the calibration hasn't been done. The error in the panic log is "No device added after powering on the rails".
It seems the original repairer has swapped the board and the screen to other MAC's, and said that it isn't a screen issue. From what I understand, by doing a quick search on Google, this is in fact a screen issue. The panic relates...07-31-2025, 08:37 PM -
by the_remHello guys,
I would like a quite old but still good 800 W ATX PSU to be repaired. The problem was an extremely heavy coil whine coming from the small secondary transfomer on the PCB.
I desoldered it hoping the references on the upper side would allow me to find a adequate replacement part. Sadly the written references drove me nowhere but to the manufacturer (I-MAG). I sent them a message like a bottle in the see asking them to send me a datasheet of the transformer. And... They responded ! I received a kind of datasheet (see attachment) but my competencies do not allow... -
by dj8452000I am new to electronics and I'm understanding most of what I'm reading but I have a mosfet on my board that I've identified as a P-channel Trench Mosfet. I haven't a clue how to test this and what I should expect to see with the multimeter probes. I am hoping someone with years more experience than myself can help me understand how to use a multimeter to read this. Please look at the drawing I have attached to this and can you try to explain to me what I should be doing with my multimeter in diode mode and what results I should expect from a good mosfet?...
